John K. Randall, R.Ph., M.D.
Owner and Supervising Physician
John K. Randall, R.Ph., M.D. is a board certified dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon. He started his medical career by receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Creighton University, graduating in 1981. Upon completion of pharmacy school, he attended the California College of Podiatric Medicine from 1981-1982 before deciding to attend medical school in 1983 at Northeast Ohio Medical University (formerly Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine) graduating with Doctorate of Medicine in 1986.
During the years of 1986 through 1989, Dr. Randall participated in a three year Internal Medicine residency with his final year being honored with the position of Chief Resident. He then served three additional residency years, 1989-1992, specializing in Dermatology at the University of Minnesota. His journey continued as he participated in a two year (1992-1994) fellowship in Arkansas with the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. In addition to his cosmetic fellowship, Dr. Randall was an Assistant Clinical Professor with the University of Arkansas.
Throughout his years as a practicing physician in the West Lafayette area, Dr Randall has continued to devote much of his time to educating medical students (Purdue University), medical residents, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and medical assistants. Dr. Randall’s culminated skills and credentials make for a unique blend of talents which allow Randall Dermatology patients superior medical care.

Katrina Masterson
Nurse Practitioner
Katrina has secured three degrees from Purdue University. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1987, followed by a Master of Science in 2002, and culminated her education experience in 2014 by earning her Doctorate in Nursing Practice.
Katrina’s career in dermatology started at Randall Dermatology in 2002 and has led to amazing experiences; a published author and lecturer, invitations to participate in summits to enhance dermatology nursing practice and patient care nationally and internationally. She is a contributing author in textbooks that will help shape the dermatology nurses of the future.
Katrina agrees that change is what keeps us fresh and passionate. Excellence is not the maintenance of standards, but the continued commitment to innovation and improvement. Knowing that we are performing well is great, but always striving for better is our real purpose.

Brad Hurliman
Physician Assistant
Brad is a certified physician assistant who has been working in dermatology since he graduated with a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Kentucky in 2003. Brad joined Randall Dermatology in 2008 and is a proud member of the SDPA (Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants).
He strives to provide his patients with a variety of treatment options, some of which can be unique. Brad also performs many different procedures, both surgical and laser oriented. What you can expect when you see Brad is a sincere interest in the diagnosis and treatment of your dermatological concerns. His goal is for his patients to be completely satisfied with the care they receive. Some of Brad’s interests include spending time with family, weight training, playing sports, and listening to music (He’s a huge fan of Guns n’ Roses and Tesla).

Holly Howe
Nurse Practitioner
Holly received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2008 from Purdue University as well as her Master’s Degree in 2010. She began her dermatology career when she joined Randall Dermatology in 2010. Holly is currently a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association. Holly enjoys practicing general dermatology and always looks forward to meeting new people.
The relationship with her patients is what she values most of all. She strives to make sure her patients are involved in their plan of care. She enjoys her time at Randall Dermatology, and hopes to spend many more years with the practice providing high quality care for her patients. Holly enjoys spending time with her family on their farm and homeschooling her two children.

Mark Manning
Nurse Practitioner
Mark completed his Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at the University of Washington. While at UW, Mark studied family practice and focused on general and cosmetic dermatology and serves his patients with any dermatological needs that may arise.
Mark is trained in the latest and finest cosmetic injection techniques. During his fellowship training, he trained with two of the top cosmetic injectors in the USA in the use of fillers and Botox. Mark is committed to the science and art of aesthetic skin care. Mark has trained extensively in pediatrics and greatly enjoys providing acne care to all ages.
Mark earned a prestigious international scholarship from Sichuan University in Chengdu, China. Mark is one of few international cosmetic injectors, injecting and teaching injection techniques to physicians and nurses in Kunming, China.
Mark joined Randall Dermatology and MedSpa after moving from Seattle back to Indiana in 2016, to be closer with his family. His objective is to help you feel better inside and out, and experience a sense of renewal and rejuvenation after each visit.

Shelley Velickoff
Nurse Practitioner
Shelley received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University in 2006 and her Master’s degree in 2012 from University of Cincinnati. She has continued her work in Dermatology since 2012 starting in Tacoma, Washington with a recent relocation to Indiana to be closer to her family.
Shelley joined the team at Randall Dermatology in 2021. Shelley proudly holds the DCNP certification (Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner) as well as the ANCC certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her dermatology special interests include acne, cosmetics (Botox), and general dermatology. Primarily she enjoys helping her patients with their skincare needs. In her spare time, she looks forward to traveling, doing stained glass with her daughter, and exercising.

Katherine Long
Nurse Practitioner
Katy received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Trinity Christian College in 2017 and went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in 2021 at Valparaiso University. She is credentialed with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
After gaining experience in family medicine, Katy decided to pursue her love and interest for all things dermatology, and she is excited to work alongside the Randall Dermatology family to optimize patients' health through the treatment of various dermatologic conditions.
